Lemon Raspberry Chia Pudding

The lemon and raspberry give this creamy chia seed pudding a bright and lovely flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup Almond or Coconut Milk
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup Fresh raspberries
  • Sweetener optional
  • Coconut Flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix well, cover, and place in the fridge for at least an hour.
  • When ready to serve, mix, and top with raspberries, lemon and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
